Responsibilities include working together to come up with and organize events, delegating tasks related to events, and communicating with other directors to ensure successful programming.
A minumum of two programming directors will be accepted
Responsibilities include running the UMULH email in an efficient and organized manner, taking meeting minutes, and working with other directors to help organize and make documents on the UMULH drive. The student would be responsible for updating the website, as well as assist the Programming Team in organizing and monitoring event ticket sales.
Responsibilities include organization of all expenses and income of the student group. The Finance Director would be actively updating funding of expenses and communicating with faculty deans for funding and partnerships. They would also demonstrate fiscal responsibility, be a signing authority, and provide reimbursements when needed on behalf of the student group.
Responsibilities include the recruitment and communication with external organizations as well as student and professional contacts to UMULH. The External Director would demonstrate strong writing ability and would be responsible for reaching out to potential sponsors for charitable events, MUHS/MUHB, and other events.
Responsibilities include assisting the President, Vice-President, and Finance Director with duties specific to emailing and organization. The Executive Assistant would contribute to the initial planning and preparation of MUHS/MUHB by helping out with logistical tasks as well as taking meeting minutes at all MUHS/MUHB Committee Meetings.
Responsibilities include overseeing the membership of UMULH by organizing any group chats, tracking student experience record hours, and overall incentivizing active members. The Internal Director should interact with members at events and also actively engage non-members to consider membership.
Responsibilities include communicating with external philanthropic organizations, coming up with and running fundraising/volunteering initiatives, and incorporating fundraising into pre-existing events.
Responsibilities include supporting communication with the student union, organizing UMSU club changeover (and SVP workshop registration), attending monthly ACE meetings, and communicating with UMSU VPSL for support and advertising.
Responsibilities include supporting communication with the Science Student Association, organizing SSA funding requests, attending biweekly SSA meetings, and organizing any collaborative programming with SSA.
Responsibilities include supporting communication with IHPSA, organizing IHPSA funding requests, attending monthly IHPSA general meetings, and organizing any collaborative programming with IHPSA.
Responsibilities of a potential Senior Marketing Director would include overseeing design of all materials, delegating tasks, and maintaining communication between the Marketing Team and Presidents.

Responsibilities of a potential Productions Director would include overseeing the creation and facilitation of audio and visual content for the club such as videography (i.e. reel making), audiography, and photography.
